In coaching, I’ll ask you questions to help you clarify your goals and intentions. We’ll address and move through feelings of overwhelm, and identify what is holding you back. I’m a Certified Daring Way™ facilitator, and can use the research and work of Brené Brown to help you address feelings of shame and unworthiness, develop shame resilience skills, step out of comparison and into valuing yourself, and practicing courage. We’ll break it down into parts, and make a plan to move forward. You’ll begin to take steps, and I’ll cheer you on.
