Often, some current distress or tipping point leads a person to therapy. I’ll work with you to create a safe and supportive therapeutic process, and I'll help you find ways you can regain/establish your balance and find some immediate relief. Next, I hope to help you uncover and discover the patterns in your life that have been destructive or disruptive, and help you compassionately understand what is driving these patterns.

and manifesting your voice that are in alignment with what
you want in your life.
